It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
 
  • Shipping/ Delivery  Policy

ALL castleuniforms.com  orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if you have concern over leaving your package at your residence or place of work. As we utilize third party delivery services (UPS, Fedex, etc.), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and insure the safe arrival of your package. castleuniforms.com is not responsible for the package once it leaves the warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved. If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $10 handling fee and all forwarding charges as incurred. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less a $20 refusal fee.
 
  • UPS is the carrier that Castle Uniforms uses to transport your purchase to you.

  • Refund Policy

Castle Uniforms offers a 30 day return or exchange policy on any item that has not been customized, laundered, worn or altered from its original state. Please download the refund policy/exchange form with directions on how to make your returns. Checks cannot be accepted as a form of payment for Internet Orders.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been altered, laundered, worn, or customized with your name or school logo. Shoes cannot be accepted for return that show visible wear or any exposure to chemicals or fluids from healthcare sites. We will not accept shoes returned in original box taped up. Please place your shoes in the original box in a shipping bag to return to Castle Uniforms.  Any cancellations after 5 business days will result in a $15 restocking fee. All items are subject to a $15 restocking fee, at the discretion of the manager.
