We are happy to make exchanges on shoes. Shoe exchanges/returns: be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. You may return your shoes in the original p ackaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. A $5.00 box replacement fee will be deducted from the return price if shipping/packing tape is stuck to the outside of the shoe box. To avoid this charge, please wrap the box or enclose in another box before returning.
