We are happy to make exchanges on shoes. Shoe exchanges/returns: be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. You may return your shoes in the original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. A $5.00 box replacement fee will be deducted from the return price if shipping/packing tape is stuck to the outside of the shoe box. To avoid this charge, please wrap the box or enclose in another box before returning.
